Musculoskeletal Radiologist

Position Summary

The Musculoskeletal (MSK) division of MSU Radiology offers the complete spectrum of diagnostic MSK imaging and intervention, including ultrasound.  Our objective is to offer service at the highest levels of excellence and with attention to evolving, peer-reviewed clinical evidence, and prospective applications should embrace and be committed to such a culture.  The position includes clinical and scholarly activities at Michigan State University's Clinical Center and at a satellite facility immediately adjacent to the Department of Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery, with possible additional locations in future expansion.  Teaching of medical students, residents and fellows is required as is an ability or willingness to participate in all facets of musculoskeletal imaging and intervention. 

Work schedule will include evening and weekend rotations.  The salary and rank are commensurate with experience.

Required Degree

Doctorate -Radiology

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology by July 1, 2019.

In addition to the minimum requirements, a pursuit of excellence and a commitment to current evidence based practices are among our core values and expected of candidates.  Experience in teaching activities with residents and fellows is desired.
